I had a wonderful stay at this budget hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering great value for the price. The highlight of my visit was definitely the exceptional customer service from Marcia. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed. Her warm hospitality truly made a difference in my experience. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a budget-friendly option with top-notch service!

Budget friendly hotel, nice and clean and comfortable. Good parking and friendly staff. No vending machine was a negative for me and low quality tea, coffee etc.

The walls are like paper and bed was like sleeping on concrete when asking for clean towels waited 3 days to be told they are short staffed, also no working lift

Stayed one night for a meet up with a friend who lives locally. I’ve stayed here previously (actually in the sameroom - last one of the left on the top floor!) as both an ibis budget and previous Travelodge.! They’ve done a good job in the upgrades. I’ve been using the premier inn near the Artrix for the past 4/5 years, but this Travelodge is now cheaper and the updates are great. New carpets, beds, painting etc.. at £40 for a Friday night stay it makes it great value. Shout out to Debra on reception who was there when I checked in and again when I got back to turn in for the night. Very helpful and personable. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed with family members for a long weekend what a lovely clean and inviting hotel to stay in ladies including manage Marcia at reception very welcoming any questions we're answerd and fave me great knowledge on the area I will b back again
