Check-in went fine, but we were in our room for less than 30 minutes before we saw a cockroach crawling across our floor. When we walked in there was a chemical smell and I could not place it until we found the roach and I realized the smell made me think of Raid. When we went back downstairs I found two more in the hallway. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and gave us a refund and we went somewhere else.

No breakfast. Room was a smoking room and smelled horrible. I really would like a refund. No other rooms available. I will not go back there.

糟糕透了！！！电梯坏了，我们不得不爬楼梯。一进门，家具脏兮兮的，地毯上沾满了污渍，还有一股难闻的气味。进房间时，我看到了一只大蟑螂，就把它打死了（因为只有一只，我也没多想），但那天晚上晚些时候，我们发现房间里到处都是各种大小的蟑螂。
因为时间关系，我们没能离开，但第二天一早就逃走了。
我向*******投诉了，他们好心地告诉我，可以退还剩余的住宿费用。
我强烈推荐艾迪生酒店（贝斯特韦斯特舒耐精选酒店）。离酒店非常近，而且很棒！员工非常友好，酒店干净整洁，早餐虽然简单但很棒，前台总是有冷水，晚上他们还会做美味的爆米花！
