The desk clerk was great. Saw that we'd unloaded our cart, and started to walk down the hall to pick it up. Nice property.

Stay was good but water fountains in lobby & fitness area were empty. Would have been nice to have the hotel Offer complimentary water bottles. Front desk made us pay for bottled water from pantry store.
Property could have purchased cases of bottled water for people staying with them (free of charge) vs over-charging for pantry item water

Checking in was a great experience. I visited before the remodel and since the remodel the place looks great with a modern style. The room is clean and the bed was well made. Highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay
Your front desk man Oneil was outstanding! Had a stressful situation and he resolved it like a pro! The room was clean and the bed was SO comfortable! Would have liked a small facial soap as I didn’t want to use the body wash.

When we entered the property the first thing we noticed was how clean it was. We enjoyed the staff, friendly, helpful as well as a great sense of humor. Definitely will return again.

I’m sorry HI team that I did not show up to check in yesterday. I got up very early and decide to bypass the room and go to my final destination in lake county IL( Chicagoland)
I will have more trips like this and will stay with you in the future’s.

Room 213, accessible, has a terrible shower. No pressure and the shower curtain hangs out over the floor flooding the room. Nice facility otherwise, but showers, beds, and coffee are important to me.
