We arrived the hotel around 2030 after 12+ hours flight. Waited a while for checking in. Really shocked to see that the room we got not tidy up. Went back to check in counter. Got the second room and same problem. Got the third room and sofa bed not setting up. More problem in the morning as taxi I booked only referred to my first room number and got the wrong car size even though I reminded the receptionist to make sure to change my taxi booking info. I know this is kind of budget hotel but a little touch on service will make this a very nice hotel

Arrived at hotel quite late, check-in speedy and no issues. The room was very clean, large and nice. However the issue was noise. No soft door closers caused banging in corridors however more of an issue was the high pitched alarm in room which was continuous and the team advised nothing could be done about it. This resulted in no sleep at all. Following morning all lifts were broken resulting in crowding on the stairs with everybody carrying heavy cases. Disappointing

缺少残疾人停车位。我停车40分钟才把行李放下。酒店里面排起了长队。回家后发现收到了一张140英镑的停车罚单。以后不会再住了。非常失望。我住过欧洲各地的雅高酒店，这家是最差的。
