Stayed here as part of a deal to visit Harry Potter World so had no choice on the hotel, it's just awful the lift to reception took forever which was not a good start and it went down hill from there. The rooms are very small and basic the good thing is the room was clean the bad thing it was like a sauna no air and the window could not open with no air con. We had a tiny fan which was useless, had the worst nights sleep ever and it was noisy walls paper thin. There is limited food options in the hotel on an evening and what they offer is over priced and tasteless. Breakfast is also disgusting and does not look fit for human consumption. Terrible place and would never stay here again

Owing to the travel chaos caused by major storm on February 18 my plans changed and I ended up in this hotel. The thing made this no-frills hotels excellent was the staff. Reception, bar staff, restaurants and the general help. All made what could’ve been a difficult and tiring journey better by the support and advice on travel connections. Well done guys you made this go from good to great.

缺少残疾人停车位。我停车40分钟才把行李放下。酒店里面排起了长队。回家后发现收到了一张140英镑的停车罚单。以后不会再住了。非常失望。我住过欧洲各地的雅高酒店，这家是最差的。
