This location was nice. The room was pretty and comfortable. The hallways were not air conditioned. A complaint is that when I got to the breakfast at 9:30 am there was nothing left. Nothing. No juice, muffins, nothing. As I went to go to my room it looked like someone was bringing out some food but I didnt have time to wait.

Well, I see that she did in the evening that I arrived. The event fell right in the place in Douge place to rest my head for the unit and I stayed for an extended time convenience hospitality let alonereat place great resort has to be fantastic. Company to work for you. was very helpful along with the other, and I would recommend to anyone trying to stay in the valentine area or Ray Farms to do recommend them to use your reserve as a hotel of Choice.

I was hoping to try to find more of reliable and caregiving a resort to stay for a long period of time my personal and business expectations of a new and greater place of rest and recreation

The property was Clean and well maintained. I showed up with out a reservation and they had a room. They do have level 2 EV charging and they do not charge for it. I plugged in at 14% and was at 99% by 9am. They have a solid breakfast. They even have a Bar.

This is a lovely hotel in a very nice area with about everything you could want close by. The 4-star rating was given bc we enrolled in World of Hyatt at suggestion of hotel reception & when I enquirer about a sign on bonus of $15K points being offered was told she thought it was a scam & we didn’t receive them. Then, our plans got changed and we had to add 3 more nights, but had to check out & check back in to go to a different room bc there were no more queen doubles available. That would’ve been ok, but we were given a King suite at a higher rate and STILL no Hyatt points bonus given. Would expect a little bit more customer appreciation. The breakfast eggs weren’t real eggs otherwise an ‘ok’ breakfast as hotel offerings go. Rooms, beds were very good and beds comfortable. Would choose it again when in Charlotte.

这个酒店入住三次了，前两次印象都不错，这一次入住，前台说超过两点没办理入住收取违约金，简直就是抢钱，前台连个屁都放，直接扣去两天房费，太垃圾了
夜班接待员简直太粗鲁了。我把自己锁在房间外面了，她正坐在那里玩手机，我走过去想问她要钥匙，她翻了个白眼，很不情愿地站了起来。我谢过她，她却只是盯着我看。我这辈子从未遇到过如此粗鲁的人。
