well so like the hotel looks nice and it is but the bad thing is the beds aren’t really comfy but nice people like very friendly and the hotel itself is nice clean like VERY clean the pools are so lovely overall i think it deserves like 4 stars but to get 5 stars. they need to change the beds

well what can I say…we were very disappointed with this hotel and its services. We are using TMR hotels services very often, food was never disappointment. So we used this hotel for our winter holiday. Rooms are fine, older but ok. Food was one big disappointment. This food in this hotel could not be compered to food in any other hotel that TMR company owns. Pools were boring. The wellness centre was disappointment too. Always full. There were too many people. They probably don’ t understand what silence in saunas means. Annoying part of saunas were people talking everywhere and always opening door and in next second closing + their bored kids and people using thier cell phones in silence room…this was our last visit in Bešeňová
