Very friendly and helpful staff. Very pet friendly. Food was excellent, especially at the Lodge.

One of the most warm, welcoming hotels we've stayed in. Beautiful house and even better staff. Their master bedroom has the most phenomenal view but the smaller bedrooms are very nice and cozy and have a similar view. Highly recommend the place.

This hotel is in a fabulous location with stunning views from every window and a lovely side garden giving wonderful sunset views. Our double room was comfortable but it could have done with having a kingsize bed not just a double, which is what I expect for a hotel room, at this price, in this day and age. The restaurant dinner food was excellent but the breakfast could have had more choice of fruits and pastries. Staff were all very friendly. Car parking is available but very tight spaces. There was road noise and we were woken early by this and also due to a delivery van unloading under our window.

民宿自身环境设施很不错，是一个很有氛围感的住宿。房间里的饼干很好吃，民宿提供的餐食也不错，就是性价比不高（有的菜味道偏咸）。地理位置比较偏，感觉来这里住的一般都是自己开车的，我们玩keswick和德文特湖的住这里有点远，而且公交停了只能打电话约taxi。不过总体住宿体验还是很好的！
服务很好，房间也很棒。食物也很好吃，环境简直太美了。从我们房间的窗户可以看到一点点湖景。强烈推荐！
员工友善，床也很舒服……
不过，我承认我是独自旅行……但卧室很小，墙壁薄如纸，隔壁的人打呼噜到凌晨都能听到……
停车位很小……
浴室地板上有一堆头发……
外面有脚手架之类的，早上9点，一个建筑工人在脚手架上，可以一览我房间的全貌。
我当时什么也没说，作为一名独自旅行的女性，我只想要一个简单、安全的住宿……对于一家四星级酒店来说……这与我期望的或其他评论让我相信的不一样。
住宿体验棒极了，所有员工都非常热情友好、乐于助人、热情好客。
如果有机会，我很乐意再次入住。

不错的周末度假。酒店的食物很美味，员工总体上非常友好和乐于助人。唯一的问题是周末天气非常寒冷，从这座古老庄园内的温度也可以看出这一点。这是一座美丽的古老建筑，但猜想隔热效果等不是最好的。谢天谢地，羽绒被很好！
