My suite not ready & in checking in they told me we don’t receive any reservations for you
I show them my reservation from my mobile and the room not ready and not clean

This is the best hotel in Qassim area. Hotel is 4star. but they are providing. Service 5star i really appreciate. the lobby big space when you enter the hotel you feel smell like wow. they are maintaining very well. Room was wonderful clean, tidy and the bathroom was perfectly clean. i will recommended all the visitor to stay at this hotel. you will enjoy because they have health club swimming pool & big space of parking. breakfast was excellent. staff all are trained.

This is the best hotel in Qassim area the room is very clean , breakfast is perfect , they have a good parking and reception staff is helpful and supportive the hotel is new and very nice for family they have swimming pool

Everything was amazing with high standards the food is very delicious specially the breakfast buffet was very good, level of service is excellent staff are professional location is very nice and easy to reach i enjoyed my stay definitely visit again..
