My stay here was great. They have large carts that help with bringing in belongings, and a Food Lion grocery store right across the parking lot to shop at.
The kitchen could use some updated kitchen utensils and pots/pans but it was adequate to cook a few meals.
My sofa was very uncomfortable because the cushions angled down a lot, but there was an armchair that was usable.
The bed was a little softer than average and comfortable.
I had internet issues (only in my room), and the staff went above and beyond to fix it.
Seems like a place with some long-term tenants and some short-term. No noise complaints from tenants or roads. I did occasionally hear a train horn, but it wasn't super close.
This property is pet-friendly.

Actaully we did not stay at Stay Apt Suites. We found out four days before the stay that our reservations was cancelled. We had called on Monday to pay for the rooms only to be told the they dont have any rooms for us. We had confimed and booked two rooms months in advance.
This was the second time, they cancelled the rooms. The last time we did not know until we arrived to check-in that
Sorry, but Stay Apt Suites needs to do a better job of communicating. I would not be booking at Stay APt Suite again.

The apartments are spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. The area the hotel is in leaves much to be desired as it's all fast food and there's no place nice to walk.

Property was nice and the staff was very nice. Mary the housekeeper was very helpful and nice. The sofa bed was very, very dirty. No sheets or pillowcases and there was food and trash in the mattress. I cleaned it up and went downstairs to get sheets and pillowcase.
