Everything was good except for the bed. It was terrible.

It was very clean. Everyone was very nice the only thing that we didn't like was the king size beds are very hard and so are the pull out beds.we didn't get hardly any sleep. So i would suggest if you don't like a hard bed dont get the rooms with the king beds

I'm a simple person so I was pleased with just about everything. Breakfast bar and coffee bar was blessing in the morning and everything around is in walkable distance. Staff is wonderfully kind.

We made reservations the day before for the next day. After driving 7 hrs from Georgia which we arrived at 8:00pm we expected for the room we booked to be ready at that time. Off course the room was nevered cleaned from the previous visitors.
They moved us to another room after we said no we are not going to wait an hour while they clean it.
