we had 4 issues 1) hot water was not coming in the bathroom 2) toilet flush was not working 3) wi if was not working 4) no lights at stairs 5) customer service was not responsive. After a day they responded but did not action any of the issues above Not having hot water was a health concern and not having lights at stairs was a security and physical hazard/injury issue. Overall extremely poor experience.

糟糕的住宿体验！！！！！！只有冷水淋浴，整晚都有其他公寓的噪音，一间卧室的灯坏了。客户服务很糟糕，窗户有裂缝，门和墙壁上有肿块。
