Cheap, quiet and clean with helpful staff. Building was once a beautiful gothic victorian spa and has a lots of original features. Sadly the the building and decor have seen better days, but what can be expected at such a lot cost?

The property was filthy, floors, carpets, banisters, the room, I didnt even go in the shower. No food as mentioned in the original details. Curtains didnt cover the window.
Would definately avoid at all costs.

Do not book this property.We walked away and found somewhere else to stay at extra cost because it was that bad.It is dirty, smells terrible, and is unsafe. It looks like they are using it too, put the boat people in and i feel really sorry for them having to stay there. It needs taking of all the booking sites.

位置很好。旁边有很大的游乐场，非常适合带小孩的家庭。旁边还有可以徒步的小山。
房间打扫得很敷衍，冷水水龙头关不紧。没有餐厅，也没有泳池。窗帘褪色严重，一看就是用了很久了。和广告上宣传的完全不一样。不确定是不是因为现在是淡季，旺季的时候会不会有所改善，但这么好的大楼真是浪费了。
房间很冷，但服务很好。
我该从何说起呢？房间里、浴室里、冰箱里、床上到处都是蟑螂。而且没有暖气。我不得不自己找暖气，因为时间太晚，我没钱再订别的酒店了。经理不在，没人可以投诉，而且他们都不会说英语。这里更像是移民安置点，因为有人带着狗、小孩和放学回家的孩子在走廊里闲逛。酒店不允许客人使用游泳池或游戏室，只有他们自己才能用，也没有WiFi。因为有住户，客人甚至不能走酒店的某些路。说实话，这家酒店应该关门大吉。写完这篇评论后，我会向卫生和安全部门投诉。我甚至还得额外花5英镑租个吹风机，所以我要求退款。我绝对不推荐任何人住这里，它应该被关闭，因为它根本不是酒店，而且到处都是蟑螂。我有照片为证。还有，没有暖气，我不得不自己去找暖气。因为太冷了，所以开了两个暖气。

床脏极了，窗户也很脏，所有窗户上都有蜘蛛网，字迹上都是灰尘。我害怕做坏事。有些房间真的又脏又臭。我的孩子住了一晚就生病了。我给你发了27号房间两张床垫的照片，我的孩子睡在那里……网络是免费的，但不能用。如果我拿不到退款，我会上法庭，提醒大家注意孩子睡在哪里，以及你们预订的斯卡伯勒家庭旅行的房间。谢谢你们让我和我的孩子因为刹车失灵而生病和难过。
这套房子太贵了，价格与你提供的条件不符。泳池关闭了，而且很脏，装修很糟糕，温室和户外区域几乎不存在。这栋建筑很棒，但需要大量修缮。可惜的是，170英镑的价格我可不会再来了。
