The room was spotless. I was upgraded and the reception staff are lovely. They kindly let me leave my suitcase till the evening, despite checking out in the morning, as I attended a funeral

Nice hotel, friendly staff at check in, great location, booked deluxe room but it was just average , not deluxe or king size bed as stated on Website! , very clean room and great towels! Buffet breakfast was just average, but a pleasant stay overall.

我住过很多次这家酒店了。一切都挺好的，直到凌晨两点半，有个窃贼试图砸开前门。我当时就住在楼上的5号房间。太吵了，至少来了6名警察才把那个**用警车带走。
整个过程持续了一个小时，我根本没法睡觉，所以凌晨四点半就非常不高兴地退房离开了5号房间。
另外，我居然被要求支付5英镑停车费，这还是有史以来头一次！
年轻的夜班门房很棒，他带着我穿过厨房去了我的车。
我的假期就这么毁了，南港现在真是太糟糕了😱
