Nice hotel, friendly staff at check in, great location, booked deluxe room but it was just average , not deluxe or king size bed as stated on Website! , very clean room and great towels! Buffet breakfast was just average, but a pleasant stay overall.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff were super friendly. Room was good, clean. Single glazing meant there was some noise from the street as it was Friday night, but it was to be expected from a busy main street. Breakfast was good and included great vegetarian and vegan options. Car parking was simple and on street.

Nice try. But needs to try harder
Great rooms, well decorated and brand new refurbishment, enjoyed ourselves
However no housekeeping cleaned any of our rooms, 4 out of 4. The whole day to get it done but not cleaned
So unfortunately spoiled what was otherwise a good stay.

Overall excellent. We booked a room for 2 adults and one child, we added our child on at a later date, we spoke over the phone and were assured we only needed to pay for his breakfast and the sleeping arrangements had been sorted. When we checked in that wasn’t the case but the lovely man on reception quickly sorted an extra bed for us, he was very friendly and helpful, he’s a credit to the hotel. The only negative about the room is the heat, we did have a fan which made it bearable. The room was lovely, very comfortable, clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was lovely, friendly staff and excellent service. We ate in the restaurant the night before, again very nice food with excellent service. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
我住过很多次这家酒店了。一切都挺好的，直到凌晨两点半，有个窃贼试图砸开前门。我当时就住在楼上的5号房间。太吵了，至少来了6名警察才把那个**用警车带走。
整个过程持续了一个小时，我根本没法睡觉，所以凌晨四点半就非常不高兴地退房离开了5号房间。
另外，我居然被要求支付5英镑停车费，这还是有史以来头一次！
年轻的夜班门房很棒，他带着我穿过厨房去了我的车。
我的假期就这么毁了，南港现在真是太糟糕了😱
