Beautiful hotel, very different from your usual hotel, smarter and a little quirky . Only downside that there was no magnifying mirror with decent light, to use for makeup. Lovely large room and attractive bathroom with Japanese bath, which was an unusual feature.

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean. The staff make this hotel. Always happy to help. The food is excellent and I recommend the sausages at breakfast. The evening meal was also amazing. Thank you for a brilliant stay

Greeted with Valet parking, entrance to the hotel inviting, candlelight and rose 🌹 petals, room beautiful, shower powerful and hot. View lovely with the mood lighting outside. Staff attentive. Breakfast perfect. Cocktail 🍸 first class. Loved it all x

The hotel is beautiful, the room was lovely clean and spacious huge fan of the Japanese drop baths plenty of room for two. Chocolates on arrival were a welcome surprise. We were all set to extend our stay until about 3am when the noise was unbearable - the taxi rank across the pavilion was full of arguments until about 6am. The windows didn’t exclude any noise it felt like they were in the room. I mentioned it to staff who suggested I should expect this in a city centre location - we live in Manchester City centre (and came for some quiet) and the noise is never this bad. I was very tired (six months pregnant didn’t help) so this was a disappointing way to a lovely Holliday. If they sort the windows out I’d be back in a heartbeat!

Upmarket hotel in an excellent location direct on Lord Street. Stayed 3 nights bed and breakfast but also eat in restaurant. Clean and spacious rooms. Adult daughter stayed in the adjacent room. Comfy beds and we had a corner room with views over Lord Street . Great choice of food in the restaurant, from sushi, tapas sharing platters to steak, etc. Son also joined for breakfast. Large selection of food and can order eggs to be prepared fresh from the kitchen. Friendly staff. Water bottle was only provided on the first night. The fire alarm went off at 4.26 am. due to someone 'vaping'!

这家酒店位于绍斯波特市中心，地理位置优越，靠近酒吧、餐厅等场所。员工非常友好热情，服务周到。我们入住期间参加了一个圣诞派对，食物非常美味，早餐也很棒。房间宽敞明亮，配备大冰箱、空调和现代化的浴室。强烈推荐，下次一定还会入住。
位置优越，深受高尔夫球友欢迎。酒吧很棒，服务一流。房间非常干净。双人床感觉像睡在按摩床上（我的室友说像熨衣板）。不过床单质量不错。浴室有点奇怪——虽然是无障碍浴室，但完全开放式的，感觉像是在某部美国犯罪电影里的南方州立监狱里洗澡。总之，考虑到价格，没什么可抱怨的。
酒店很棒，员工热情友好。特别要感谢早餐时的安吉丽娜。酒店还免费升级了房间，非常感谢。房间干净整洁，装饰精美，床很舒服，咖啡也很棒！谢谢！
