The complimentary breakfast lacked appeal. No regular creamer for the coffee, only sweet flavored. Staff didn't know anything about coffee or creamer.
Frustrating at 8am. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Overall 4 stars because the hotel is new and the TV is not a Smart TV so we were not able to watch our streaming providers and the internet connectivity was so bad we could not even cast to the TV if it was an option. We had WiFi but the TV continued to say it could not connect to the internet.
Our basic needs were met. It is safe and clean and quiet. Staff is very friendly.

Check-in was easy and the front desk receptionist was kind. The room was clean, so comfortable, and the hotel was quiet and nice. The only issue we had was with the breakfast. It was not being refilled, some of the food that was not refilled had been there a long time and was not edible. The pancake machine was broken and not working, though a staff member did try and fix it. Other than the one that tried to fix the pancake machine, other breakfast staff was short and grouchy with those of us just trying to have our breakfast and be on our way.
