Where do I start when I arrived? I was greeted by Annette and Jade. They had to deliver me the bad news that I left my passport and credit card at the previous hotel in Bournemouth. They were absolutely lovely called the previous Hotel to say that I would be back the next day. The hotel is incredible sitting right on the water with spectacular views. Parking was very easy. I booked a junior suite. I recommend highly that you do the same incredible room. I would also love to shout out Oliver who was incredible. He makes the best drinks and he also looked after me in the restaurant. The food was great and the overall experience was sensational. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would

The breakfast fruit items were slightly overripe. The ceiling of the room had some cobwebs. Overall the hotel was excellent. Very good period features to the property and staff were very helpful and polite.

Charming hotel with lovely ocean views. Our room was huge. The staff were always friendly and the service attentive without being intrusive. Would definately stay again

Confusing breakfast menu so hot eggs & cold food.
Food, especially at dinner, poorly cooked and poor quality meat. Good receptionist. Nice indoor pool. Room comfortable & clean. Much painting and decorating needed.

Had a lovely three night stay at this beautifully located Hotel.
Staff were friendly & mainly efficient.
Nice spacious room. A few things needed attention.
Bath side panel, was very mouldy.
Extractor fan was completely covered in thick dust. Very wasteful having individual plastic bottles for the shower & too much paper wastage.
Breakfast was average .
Used the indoor swimming pool, which was ok.
Overall a nice stay, but a few little attention to details could improve the ambiance.
