The revamp at this hotel is lovely !! Location near moterway is perfect !! Bedroom very spacious and lovely big comfortable beds !! Evening meal was really good menu choice and service was impeccable (thanks liv ) leisure area and pool was spotless and well managed !! Big Thankyou to Liam !! The only issue was breakfast !! Over cooked and Luke warm !! Such a shame Other wise would have been a perfect 10 !! Which doesn’t happen very often !! All in all terrific value !! 👍👍👍

We had a lovely stay at Daresbury. The décor throughout the hotel is beautiful, modern, and very comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming at reception. The entrance area is well designed, with plenty of seating around the bar and even a Starbucks, which was a great touch. The pool facilities were clean and well maintained. The pool itself was warm, and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna — perfect for unwinding. We stayed for one night, with check-in from 3pm and check-out at 11am. Parking was included, which made everything very convenient. The location is ideal — just 10 minutes from Warrington and 15 minutes from Cheshire Oaks. Would definitely recommend!

I booked this hotel after my ferry home was cancelled following an overnight journey for an urgent medical appointment. I found the Daresbury Park Hotel as a convenient stopover. I booked an inclusive dinner, bed and breakfast rate, paying a £30 premium for this. On check in the staff were friendly and I enjoyed the facilities. I felt the room rate itself was fair, particularly as there are ongoing building works. However, the problems began when I went to dinner. There was confusion over whether the restaurant was open at all. The barman was helpful but initially advised that it was not yet open. Reception then confirmed that dinner was being served in the bar area. At this point, I was informed that the £30 I had paid only entitled me to £12.95 towards dinner and £12.95 towards breakfast. This was disappointing, as this totals £25.90 rather than the £30 charged, and the menu did not offer suitable options (a cold sandwich is not dinner) at this price point. As a result, the rate cannot reasonably be described as dinner, bed and breakfast. There were several guests raising similar concerns at reception that evening, yet no duty manager was available. The receptionist was left alone without the authority or resources to resolve complaints, which only escalated the situation. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel based on the way the inclusive meal package was handled.

Daresbury Park Hotel and Spa Wow ! My daughters wedding was the first event after refurb and all i can say is WOW ! Service was OUTSTANDING. JAMIE is exceptional from start to leaving this morning. He deserves a medal going above and beyond is an understament. A special mention to John from restaurant staff who was professional and very efficent did a marvellous job of over seeing servers . All staff were courteous and friendly while maintaining professionalism. I would highly reccommend this venue for your event. Thank you Jamie and Team

Claims to be a Spa hotel, however, there is nothing whatsoever this hotel can use to claim that are a spa hotel. We paid £370 for just 2 nights and arrived to be told the pool was closed. Whilst walking past the window to the pool we could see it was empty and seemed to be a dumping ground and clearly hasn’t been used in a while. We later found out that a contract housing “people” had just lapsed which explained a few things, however, their prices didn’t reflect the lack of facilities. Hotel is very dated and tired. Reception/checking in is a very slow process. Ran out of a lot of drinks at the bar. Wouldn’t dream of staying there again.

Friendly staff, nice building and grounds. Room was decent but bedside lights did not work and bathroom could have been cleaner. Also, the valve to use the shower head would not stay put on its own so I had to have a shower whilst holding the valve.
