We have been loyal customers from the beginning when property was under Best western ( extremely pleasurable experience.
Since the new management with Hilton I’ve noticed that the customer gets charged for things that were complementary in the past, which made it very affordable. The cost due to renovations has gone up considerably although the area is extremely convenient for dining, etc.. I am disappointed because we are charged for everything..

Yes we love the room! We didnt get the chance to use the amenities. We will next time. extra like that convenient stores are just across the hotel. Will definitely rebook

The screen on the fireplace was in disrepair, barely functional. All staff interactions were exemplary

Our room was street side and it was very loud. Friends who were on the inside did not hear anything. It was easy walking to town which was nice
这次西岸游最大的标准双床房，这个大小才应该是西大应该有的范儿啊，床品高素质很舒服，就是一个个灯开关找得有点累，床上灯带开关在床靠背旁边有点难找。有说停车收费的但是没有收取，停车场看样子跟一般免费酒店一样没有栏杆和管理人员。没有免费早餐，也确实没有必要对面有很大超市，十几块能买不少吃的了。不到两百刀价格还是可以，不过选最便宜的是听力障碍房意思就是路边有点吵。不过索诺玛比较安静不伤大雅
