The area and hotel were fine, but both shifts of staff were rude and very noncommunicating. Only one person came out from the back to help us - a young lady. The other two men on duty at the front desk could not be bothered to help us or answer any questions. Very disappointing.

Our room was beautiful and spacious. Everyone we talked to in the lobby was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. One block from the main square. Excellent stay.

Area was convenient, lots of eating and shopping areas across the street. Our room smelled musty or like mildew when we checked in. The floors needed a good scrubbing!!!! Room and breakfast in the lobby was grossly over priced!!!!!
这次西岸游最大的标准双床房，这个大小才应该是西大应该有的范儿啊，床品高素质很舒服，就是一个个灯开关找得有点累，床上灯带开关在床靠背旁边有点难找。有说停车收费的但是没有收取，停车场看样子跟一般免费酒店一样没有栏杆和管理人员。没有免费早餐，也确实没有必要对面有很大超市，十几块能买不少吃的了。不到两百刀价格还是可以，不过选最便宜的是听力障碍房意思就是路边有点吵。不过索诺玛比较安静不伤大雅

住在那里问题太多了。
我的网络坏了。他们告诉我，我得等大约一个小时，技术人员才能来检查。空调噪音太大，我和妻子都以为酒店就在行驶的火车旁边。噪音太大了。最后，我们不得不等到下午5点才让清洁人员来打扫房间。到那时，我们决定还是把房间原封不动地搬走吧。更糟糕的是，他们有自己的停车场，车位充足，而且空置。居然不包含停车费，纯粹是圈钱。这次入住体验非常失望，以后再也不会来了。
酒店不错，员工非常友好。房间干净宽敞。地理位置优越。
