Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was okay. It's a very old hotel(as most are in Branson). Carpet in room was filthy, shower/tub hardware was loose. Great water pressure!.

Check in and check out staff was great. Rooms are run down for the cost. Carpet ripped up, bedding and shower curtain stained. Front door does not seal at all. Molded calking in shower. Great location though for the landing.

Excellent breakfast menu. Loved the yogurt machine. The steep slope parking lot was a challenge for us, in our 70s.

The lobby/ reception area was ok smelled clean.
First red flag, exterior entry rooms. Felmale traveling alone not what I expected. Did not see or not mentioned in hotel description. The room was dated with a old musty smell. I was going to pray through my two night stay. Then immediately discovered the room was dirty! Socks left on the floor by proior or previous guests. Trash under dresser. Floor not vacuumed properly or thoroughly.
I let the front desk know the situation and was asked if I would like housekeeping or a new room? I asked to please cancel my reservation, which they thankfully honored.

Room had water damage and an odor. Really looked differently than the pictures it was much older. No microwave as described.

Rooms are a little dated with poor craftsmanship but fairly clean. Can’t complain too much because it’s so close to downtown. Would stay again due to its convenient location.

Bed was advertised as queen, but it was just full bed. Mattress felt worse than a couch pull out bed. Room was very tight and you could hear yelling a lot of the night. Room was not as advertised at all

Continental breakfast was better than expected. Room conditions were pretty nice. Bed wasn't as comfortable as others but we enjoyed our stay overall and would recommend.

The room was not at all what we needed nor expected. We had to leave and find another room. We were three women alone and were not comfortable with having an exterior door. Then the room was very old, dark, and unpleasant. We will pursue getting our money refunded. Worst experience ever.
