I loved this resort!! We let them clean the room and nothing came up missing unlike the riu lol. The food there was10/10. I love that we get access to breathless but even though dreams has kids on the resort is still was comfortable to go with all adults. The waterpark was super fun!!! The drinks were good!!! I would come back again. I went for my 25th birthday with 8 other people we had an amazing time didn’t want to leave. I got preferred club private pool room and it was worth it. Love that even the rooms that are not preferred still all had their own jacuzzi. The preferred club made check in way smoother and we had a lot of perks our own adults only swim up pool area.

Everything was great. Property layout can be very confusing. Food was pretty average as expected for an all-inclusive. Staff and pools were awesome!

这是我第一次体验全包式服务，完全超出了我的预期。我住的是带泳池的房间，而且是首选俱乐部会员，有私人管家和餐饮服务，提供清真食品。度假村非常漂亮，有很多泳池、宁静的海滩和漂流河！餐厅选择非常多，还有自助早餐、午餐和晚餐。我完全沉浸在度假村里，无需任何外游。度假村提供夜间娱乐活动、无限畅饮的小吃和饮料（对我来说是无酒精的），以及每日两次的客房清洁服务。总而言之，我会再次入住这里，因为这里的食物（美味、种类丰富、服务周到）、便利设施（漂流河！）以及热情好客的员工。
附言：您还可以使用 BREATHLESS 成人专属区域的所有便利设施。
这个地方不太干净。设施有点陈旧，洗手间的座椅锈迹斑斑，淋浴间的排水管也脱落了。
活动很有趣，食物一流。服务也很棒。

唯一值得称赞的是日式铁板烧。
员工很一般！他们不友好！
不过酒店不错，我们的孩子很喜欢。游泳池和游乐场都很棒。

一切都很好……员工、酒店设施……海滩虽然不干净，但也算正常……我因为食物生病时，前台工作人员态度很差……我去了最贵的诊所，酒店承担了救护车和医生的费用……他们要我住院一晚，费用是4000块。我打车回酒店……我问酒店要一些药，他们要价太高……我让家人去外面买药，价格贵得多。之后他们就不想再理我了。我离开了酒店，直接回国去了诊所。我现在还在诊所里治疗中毒……我在酒店的几天过得并不愉快。自助餐厅和餐厅的工作人员对我和我的家人都很友好……价格不错，但是食物让我胃疼。
