The staff very informative and polite , room very comfortable and spacious, heat systems really good , i was lazy to go out i order Uber eats, very fast .

This is exactly what I expected for the money I paid - I had a single room with the shared bathroom which was fine. Would’ve liked to have had an extra hand towel for when I went to the bathroom & a hairdryer in the room would’ve been good. The member of staff who greeted me was excellent - friendly & helpful. Showed me to my room & carried my bag. Answered any questions I had & checked me in with no issues at all. The room was exactly what I needed for a 1 night stay. If you are looking for a cheaper hotel room, I would recommend this hotel.

the staff where very helpful, the room was so spacious even with a large king size bed and two singles bed there was loads of room to move about if you had a big family

Good quality, easy driving access to Gatwick, Manager was very friendly and really helpful. Good experience and would use again.

I'm in the area quite a lot for work and normally stay in the big brands, however last night I chanced my luck with LGI. After a horror story nearby a couple of weeks ago I was slightly hesitant, but shouldn't have been! The new owners know that the fabric of the hotel is dated and make no effort to deny it, instead being up front that they have a list of work to do, and the price reflects this. The hotel, including my room, was spotlessly clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and they're making the best of what they have available until their upgrades. It might not be flashy, but everything works, it's warm, it's cosy, it's comfortable, it's safe, the shower was excellent, there's plenty of free parking, there's a garage directly opposite, there's real radiators to dry your wet clothes on, there's windows that open, there's thick curtains that actually cover the windows, there's bottled water in the room, and best of all, it's the best customer service I've experienced for a very long time. I'll definitely be staying here again and have already reccommended them to colleagues. Also, if you're travelling, it's a 5 minute drive from the airport and not under the flight path!

Room was really big but bathroom felt like crampy. Room and hotel were clean and immaculate. Hotel is good for 1-2 day stay only as there is no restaurant but food delivery apps work. Eias was great and polite helped us in every way. Thanks again.
