Great stay. Clean, quiet room. However, bathroom faucet had significant leak that poured onto surface of sink and only produced hot water on both hot and cold settings.

The room we had seems to be in need of maintenance. The towel holder rail is falling apart. The shower head is old and the water pressure isn't very good. The TV didn't work but the maintenance guy was able to get it working. Only one of the plugs worked to charge our phones. The room we had on the ground floor had windows that faced the vending machines and at night the BRIGHT lights kept the room so bright, we could barely sleep. The window coverings don't block the light out. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows were terrible. This Best Western has the fewest amenities of any I have ever stayed at.

The room was very neat and clean. The office staff was great. My only problem was the hotel advertised EV availability but only one out of four worked.

The room was alright. The walls are pretty thin, and we had a guest in the room directly above us that was running and walking with heavy feet all night one of the nights. In fairness, I did not ask the front desk to look into it. I prefer carpeted rooms. Location was good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place to stay. Was very surprised. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. If there was a negative, water pressure wasn’t the best. Totally adequate though. Furniture was cute and loved the TV.

We came to this hotel out of necessity. Our father was found deceased in his vehicle near there. I booked two rooms because they said only 2 dogs per room. After a 11.5 hr drive we arrived at 10 pm. When I went to check in they said they only had one room on the reservation. I told them I booked two rooms and the other room I put my sister’s name. She said she did not have a room with her name and went through the papers on the desk. I told her why we booked two rooms and she said that they did not care about the 3 dogs. We were exhausted physically and emotionally so we got ourselves settled and ready for bed. We had 3 adults and 3 dogs in the room. I reached out to ******* to make sure I was not getting charged for two rooms. Given the unplanned funeral costs, travel costs and the tow company wanting to charge us almost $800 to get his car, finances are tight. ******* tried to get the hotel reimburse us for the extra room since they said it was not booked and they okayed 3 dogs in a room. The hotel denied the request and said we could come down and get the key. I explained that we were already in bed and rearranging everyone was going be unsettling since it was after 11pm at that point. She also said that I never told her my sister’s name. I did say her name and she looked through papers. The mngr said it’s a he said/she said situation and the camera that records audio was not on to confirm. They only agreed to reimburse half of the cost of the room. Shame on you BW.

You mentioned that the second reservation was under your sister’s name, but unfortunately, the correct name was not provided to the agent. Understandably tired and emotionally drained after a long drive, you proceeded to your room to rest.A short time later, after reviewing the daily arrival list with *******, our team was able to identify the second reservation under your sister’s correct name. As soon as this information was received, the front desk immediately contacted your room to inform you that the second room had been located and was ready for check-in. However, it was discovered that your sister had already joined you in your room without checking in at the Front Desk. You then informed our staff that it was too late and that you both would remain together in the same room.During that same conversation, it also came to our attention that there were three dogs in the room. While we are pleased to welcome pets, our hotel policy allows for a maximum of two dogs per guest room. Unfortunately, neither ******* nor our team was informed at the time of booking or check-in that there would be three dogs present.The following day, in an effort to assist you during this difficult time, our Front Desk Manager offered a compromise by removing 50% off the no-show charge for the unused room and removing the pet fees. The Hotel was "OK" but it needs updating/refreshing. Very thin towels. Our room needed new mattresses and was very plain. Some lights out, most noticeable at the entrance of elevator on 3rd floor which was dark at night. The nice photo you show above sure wasn't our room!
