Very spacious room with all that was required to have a relaxing break.
Extremely comfortable bed, gorgeous bath and refreshing shower. Plenty of tea and coffee. There was some outside noise, but we fully expected that when booking a high street hotel on a main road, and it certainly didn’t detract from our stay. Definitely stay again and would spend more time in the hotel, where this time we went to explore the town

我受到了热情的欢迎，但在办理入住时却失望地发现我的房间在五楼，而且没有电梯！由于身体不便，我无法爬太多楼梯。他们提出可以加20英镑升级房间，于是我付了钱。（事后想想，这似乎是他们惯用的手法，我感觉有点被骗了）。然后我才发现，即使升级了，到一楼也还要爬两段楼梯！！😩
房间很宽敞，布置雅致，正如你们从照片中看到的那样。房间里还有一张备用床，很适合家庭入住。咖啡和茶的设施也很齐全。
我发现房间很冷，就告诉了一位工作人员，并询问暖气是否会开或者他们能做些什么，但之后就没有人回复我了，所以晚上非常冷。
如果你怕冷，而且爬楼梯对你来说是个问题，那就不要预订这家酒店了。
如果这些都不是问题，那么它确实是一家很有特色的酒店，还有一个很棒的餐厅。只是要避免被说服升级房间！！
服务非常友好高效，房间舒适，食物一流，地理位置也完美。
窗户被漆上了漆，所以在工作人员强行打开之前没有通风！房间非常狭窄，床头灯不亮。马路上有很多噪音。不会再住这里了。
潘蒂莱斯很可爱。酒店本身很好——干净、乐于助人的员工等，只是价格非常昂贵。它被宣传为一家高档酒店，但事实并非如此。很好，但是台湾有更好的酒店，价格相似或更便宜
古朴的维护得很好，友好的工作人员提供优质的服务。浴室很干净，装饰也很好。如果我有一个批评的话，那就是房间里的光线不足。
位于 Pantiles，距离商店和咖啡馆都很近。
