The lamp shades were damaged and there were issues with the TV remote. The maintenance employee went above and beyond to correct/bypass the issue so that I could watch TV.

Check in was easy and the woman checking us in was lovely! It was downhill from there. The room was large but incredibly outdated with broken furniture and stained sheets and shower curtain. I called to get new sheets and because there was only one staff member working at 10 pm on a Friday night I had to get the sheets myself. While making the bed I discovered those sheets were also stained. Fridge was old and rusty, the chair was visibly filthy and the dresser legs were broken and the drawers wouldn’t stay shut. The door to the room didn’t fit the space so you can see into the hallway while the door is shut! It’s also paper thin so I could hear the conversations from the room across the hallway! They also disabled my key early on checkout day. Found out while loading my car at 9:30am! Highly don’t recommend!

Hallway and rooms smelled of smoke even though they are supposed to be smoke free. There were few breakfast choices. Bed and pillows not very comfortable.

Outside of New Haven, close to the New Haven airport. Friendly staff. Only stayed one night. Room was ok and some great places to eat within walking distance.

The property needs to be updated/refurbished to bring it up to what I’d expect from a Wyndham property.
我不记得上次住禁烟房和吸烟房的酒店是什么时候了，而且是在同一楼层。卧室和楼层太吵了。我们发现有人在房间里打手枪。我没有留下，晚上9点就离开了。
我本来想给零星，但没办法。床单烧出洞，浴室发霉，床单也破了。泳池关闭了，免费早餐简直是笑话。果汁兑了水，贝果和面包硬得像石头。我绝对不推荐住在这里。
