Needed a bed for the night and this place was available. Check-in was easy and the desk clerk gave me the best rate she could. I went to my room and it was two beds even I just needed one. There wasn't a hair drier and they gave me one at the front desk. There was an iron and board. The room and bed was comfortable. They had WiFi in the room and it was kinda slow, but worked. There was a continental breakfast with waffles.

I was locked out of my room for 2.5 hours because of their own door not working. I was not compensated and constantly told maintenance would come soon but to no avail. Do not waste your money on this hotel you’d be better off on the streets. Very unprofessional

The room was infested with stink bugs. The desk clerk came up to vacuum the bugs three times but more kept coming from the drapery. Finally the clerk came up the fourth time to leave the vacuum so that I could spend the night vacuuming up bugs. The clerk said there was no where else they could put us. And we didn't want to pack up in the middle of the night to go in search of another motel. At least my husband could get a bit of sleep while I remained vigilant with the vacuum. After many calls Priceline was able to secure a refund of about $30. The clerk tried her best, said they had sprayed for bugs but said that the spraying, at least in that room, was not effective. I am chalking this up as an adventure and will not book a Quality Inn again.

Overall, the hotel was good. It was clean, with good sized rooms. The hair dryer quit while I was using it, and the sink was cracked and badly repaired, but the rest of the room was fine. Breakfast was waffles, bagels, cereal, etc. The bed was comfortable.

This was out 2nd stay at Days Inn, Lexington, VA. There was renovation since 13 months ago. We found the 2 newer queen beds to be comfortable & there was new carpet. There was a new frig/freezer with the same microwave as before. That fridge/microwave was in a wood cabinet in the bathroom next to the sink. The cabinet blocked the only outlet and built in hair dryer. I mentioned this at the front desk as I brought 2 items that I needed the outlet for. The housekeeper, Jessica, came to our room and personally moved the wood cabinet housing the frig & microwave into our room. That meant pushing the drawers & desk down the wall to make room in the main area. It was heavy & awkward doing so. She was a real trooper & I certainly hope she gets recognition for her hard work. She did this with a smile on her face & a pleasant attitude. To the best of my understanding, she did this after her shift was over. Jessica is an outstanding employee for sure!!! I will say that I wish the breakfast area had one gluten free cereal or even hard boiled eggs. I couldn't eat anything provided except yogurt. The juice wasn't anything worth drinking.

Bed, other than the stupid dinner mint-size pillows that are popular nowadays, was nice, that's about all I have positive to say. Room received an apparent upgrade but workmanship was slapdash quality. You cannot pass to the bathroom without moving the desk chair completely out of the way. The property looks nothing like the online photos which looks very nice but betrays the somewhat rundown look of the whole overall. I'd avoid it goinbg forward.

The tub was stained, only 1 set of towels for 2 people the toilet seat was broken . There was a phone but no cord to plug in why even have it in the room , could have used a coffee machine. For 110.00 dollars a night it’s not worth it ! The people at the desk not exactly friendly!

This was the dirtiest motel we have ever been to. We were traveling and it was later in the day. We were trying to find a motel to stay at overnight. We stopped here at Days Inn. The office smelled as soon as we opened the door. We were assigned room 106. Walked into the room and the smell was overwhelming. The first thing I did was turn down the bed and the sheets were stained with a red splatter. We turned around, went to the office and told the woman that there was no way we were going to stay there. Received a refund and left. Do not stop here.

I enjoyed chatting with Jessie during the breakfast hours. She very nice and friendly. Mayy daughter enjoyed making her own waffles. The stay was good. Would come back if I’m on my road trip this way from Norfolk. Just an average budget type hotel if you don’t care being pampered. Basic and it was good for me.
一个月自驾旅行住过最差的酒店,价格还贵,房间设施旧,关键是很脏,写字台、床头柜等到处都是灰,好像没有打扫过,地面地毯发粘,还有纸团
