Was clean and perfect for a quick pick up of my kids from Vmi. Have stayed here multiple times. Great price.

I only stayed one night; and was supposed to be refunded the other nights on the reservation; and 14 days later, the refund still has not occurred. Although the owner/manager assured me it would.

Room was clean, there was one dead stink bug in my room, I felt like the ac could’ve been cooler but overall it was a great stay!

The room was one of the worst experiences, the door didn’t closed properly, the a/c made a huge noise, I could not use the tv as it was not connected to a cable nor antenna. The outside lock on the room locked us out of the room as our cards did not work hotel personnel did not know how to fix it and had to call a repair person. We were placed in a temporary room to keep us out of the cold weather.

The toilet did not flush. Was slightly backed up. Told the desk in the morning. When returned in the evening the problem was not resolved. Told the desk again and they fixed it immediately.
Took nearly 10 minutes to get hot water for the shower in the early morning. Gave up waiting so took a lukewarm shower. Water started warming up just as I was finishing.

The only issue we had was we booked 2 rooms as we were traveling with inlaws. The rooms were not side by side. Had i known this i should have booked them in my name instead of brother inlaws name. The staff was great but nothing they could do upon arrival. Not a big deal but worth mentioning.

Recently renovated and though an older property everything was emaculately clean, comfortable, and safe. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Eevwytthing was great only complaint the hot water was too cool taking a shower watee rurnedbro only hot andnwas still barely warm.

As soon as we walked in we saw bugs on the curtains and the AC unit was semi destroyed.
We decided to stay on a different hotel.
The worst property I have encounter on all my time with *******.
