宝藏酒店,就在Aldgate地铁站附近走路不到5分钟。去哪里都方便,房间面积比很多酒店都大,而且很新。过滤饮用水每层楼都有一部机子可以去取,早餐也很多选择吃完中午都可以不吃了。。附近就有subway,itsu等快餐店,便利店也有一两家,还有一家云南菜都不错。不知道为什么我们住了8天基本没看到同胞来住,可能因为觉得这个地铁站比较冷门?其实可以步行去塔桥,非常方便,下次来伦敦还选这家!唯一有点缺点就是打扫卫生的服务员有一次把我们的衣服丢地上了,有点生气。。
我们从机场到达酒店的时间是早上8点多,很惊喜地得知酒店同意让我们提前办理入住。这对于坐了长途飞机到达、急需歇息的我们来说真是太棒了!而且我们跟前台沟通想要安排安静的房间,前台也非常高效地为我们做了协调。房间的尺寸中等。唯一的遗憾是马桶的冲水功能不是很灵,需要反复用力按很多次才能冲水。
非常差的体验,暂且不说价格、出来玩不怕花钱,但是花钱没有买到服务,说实话这边的酒店性价比都不高,在这住了3天,前台的店员服务都很好,就今天这个续住的女的,态度极差,全程语速特别快,说什么押金不能收现金,必须刷卡,还要去找经理,让我在下面等了很长时间,搞不懂在高贵什么,一个打工的给她打出优越感了
在伦敦算是很新很新的酒店了,预定时候价格也很合适,1800多一晚,相比希尔顿是比较年轻化的装修风格。
酒店位置很好,就在伦敦市中心,还有屋顶酒吧和很棒的设施(金卡会员专享)。离地铁站也只有2分钟的步行路程!
酒店离火车站不远,环境还可以,可以步行到伦敦塔桥,对面有一间云南菜,菜品还不错,用微信支付还可以优惠!
【硬件设施】总的来说还是不错的,特别是房间有张比较方便的桌子,偶尔办公还是比较好的。有两个小问题,一个是马桶的按钮很反人类,需要比较用力/有技巧,二是窗户不能打开,觉得憋得慌。
【服务】感觉服务人员素质参差不齐,前几天打扫的蛮好的。
后面两三天,有一天出门比较晚,大概下午一点过出的门,结果就没来打扫,而且房间里没有“请打扫”的牌子挂在门口,只有“睡觉”。
并且后面两天的服务员要么忘记给垫脚巾,要么把我的睡衣裤随便扔沙发上或地上(最开始几天的服务员都会叠好放在床脚),这点非常不能接受。
【周边】离aldgate和Aldgate east地铁站都很近,楼下有个公交站也能很方便出行去市中心。隔一条街有一家云南菜和一家麻辣烫都还不错,还有一家pret可以买早饭。唯一的不足是没有waitrose或m&s这类稍微好点的超市,想买新鲜点的水果的话要走得比较远。
