我每次去马纳萨斯探亲都会住在这里。这是我最喜欢的酒店之一。特大床套房非常宽敞干净
这个地区的酒店不单独收取自助早餐的费用，自助早餐的品质也堪称平庸，但这家却收费了。大多数酒店都提供免费早餐。费用是每人15.99美元，而且选择非常有限，而且现场工作人员为了快速办理入住手续，竟然没有丝毫拖延。我对早餐的价格和质量非常不满意。
由于房间钥匙坏了，我花了40多分钟才办理入住。我不得不三次回去办理入住。最后他们派了个维修工来检查门。与此同时，我正拿着行李站在走廊里。维修工漫无目的地走开了，把他的设备留在走廊里，一点动静都没有。最后我进了房间，发现房间里臭气熏天。我问还有没有其他房间。又等了25分钟，我说“没关系，我去处理一下”，然后就去睡觉了。第二天早上我尽快退房了。
我们预订了一间大床房并付款，酒店却耍了个诱饵换房的花招，硬塞给我们一间大床房。我们质问他们，他们说，如果预订量很大，系统会把第三方预订转移到低质量的房间，好腾出房间给会员客户等等。这已经是希尔顿酒店第二次遇到这种情况了，而且也是最后一次，因为我们以后再也不会住希尔顿了。******* 完全没帮上忙，真是令人失望。
