Room was very clean. Our only complaints were that the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the train/traffic noise.

Dont stay there
Room was nice and clean. My problem was only 1 elevator was working. Really hot in hall while waiting on elevator. My elderly parents were not safe with only 1 elevator working. Thank God no emergency otherwise it would take too long for help to get to us with elevator. Also breakfast food horrible and not enough for sold out hotel

The managers are very capable and staffs are very friendly. Clean rooms and breakfast is awesome! The rooftop bar is amazing!

For the time of the year Air-condition was making the rooms too cold for comfort.

I wish they would add some carpeting so you didn’t hear the noise in the hallway for the room next door.

Good place to stay
Overall the hotel was fine. However the room could have been cleaner. Breakfast was fine. I stayed overlooking Main Street and there was a fairly good amount of noise coming out of the train.

For the price I had expected more. This was a plain room that had not been swept well. There were piles of crumbs/whatever that had been swept into the side and corners. The staff was nice and the breakfast was just average for a hotel breakfast. We even had to go get an extra towel because there wasn’t enough in our room. I was just a little disappointed because for over $300 a night it should have been extremely nice.

Did not like having to pay $8 to park at hotel parking lot - should not be additional fee to park after paying for room.

Wonderful stay, central location.
We arrived quite early for our reservation. The hotel staff was wonderful and luckily our room was already ready. The room was clean and comfortable - we loved that there was no carpet in the room! We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do, thanks to the central location. Every staff member we came into contact with was so helpful and friendly, and the breakfast spread was perfect for us to grab a quick bite before we set off for our daily adventures. We will definitely stay here again!
