My experience was negative. When we returned to the room around 9PM I noticed the clock in the room was off by 3 hours and one could not manually adjust the time. I called the front desk and a staffer asked what was the problem - did I want a wake up call. I said no - just a clock that had accurate time. Then I turned on the TV and press the guide button on the remote. What appeared was a list of numbers -but no way to identify the channel for which say #41 corresponded. In call to desk I was told that the front desk had a channel guide - so why wasn't I given one when I checked in?. She also told me that channel 10 had an online guide. I pressed 10 and what appeared was a long list of identified channels - say CNN - but with 2 sets of numbers: 1 set was black the other blue. . Some numbers that I pressed resulted in a notice of "No Service". Also if say CNN was 43 the online guide showed 43-1,43-2 43-3. It was a complex system and very frustrating for a road weary traveler. Again, I was never offered the guide and when I called that night no one offered to bring a TV guide or a clock to the room. When we turned out the lights to sleep we realized that the window shade to the window that faces the front of the motel and a very busy highway did not go all the way down-so we slept with our backs to the window to avoid seeing a stream of headlights. I complained the next morning and was told Hampton could not adjust the bill as I booked through *******.

Nice, convenient area off highway. Clean, comfortable place and check in staff was friendly with easy checking in.

I found some things in my room that was missed during the last cleaning of the room.
Also, bathroom shower had hair in there from the previous guest.

Staff was great. The only issue was the loose hair on bathroom floor. Everything else was great.

Upon arrival tried to charge me more than quoted. Hearing imparied room did not work. Only alarm with no flashing light. That doesnt help someone deaf. Doors open after said doors were to be locked. One door to be locked was propped open with a rock to keep it open. Plenty of times no one at front desk. I didnt feel safe staying there. I will not be back.

Arrived later in the evening. The keycard did not work for the room. Waited outside the door while the person on desk duty ineptly tried to figure out what was happening, without apology, only to say that this was the last room. After 40 minutes, (including asking me to manage a device while he returned to the front desk for some reason) he finally opened the door. However, he told us there was no access to the room if we left and so we essentially were trapped within the room. Terrible and ridiculous.
