房间很大很干净。唯一缺点是窗户是内窗(预定和入住时都有说明)。
浴室很大,床特别舒服,住酒店睡的最舒服的几晚之一。
吧台有胶囊咖啡机,每晚提供六颗胶囊!
房间设施很好,地理位置也很赞,但是把我们安排在了电梯正对面的房间。其实我预订之前就看到很多评论都说中国人都是安排在电梯对面,我不信邪,定了这个酒店,并且在预定备注里要求远离电梯,结果给我们电梯正对面! 退房的时候问前台,前台坚持甩锅说是携程要求的电梯对面房型! 我觉得这纯粹就是歧视或者故意欺负中国人! 因为我朋友(澳洲人)跟我们同时预定同类型的房间,他们的就不是靠近电梯的。
感受很糟糕…
这家酒店人手明显不足。退房的时候前台只有一位员工,我们等了很久,太浪费时间了!
而且,这几天交流下来,我发现员工的态度非常差,一点也不友好。问他们当地的问题,他们只会说“我不知道”,而不是主动帮忙寻找答案或提供协助。
我们刚到的时候,发现其中一间房间的冰箱非常脏,打开后里面塞满了毛巾,太恶心了!难道没有人在新客人入住前打扫过吗?天啊!
跟员工反映后,他们也只是随便擦擦了事,根本没有主动提出给我们换房间什么的,真是让人失望透顶……
地理位置还不错,所以就给两颗星吧……不推荐大家住这里……
感受很糟糕…
这是一家位于霍巴特市区的不错酒店。楼里有餐厅和咖啡馆。如果你喜欢健身,还有一个健身房。酒店不提供瓶装水,所以你需要自己带容器去健身房接水,或者在附近的便利店购买。对于租车的客人,请注意,如果需要酒店代客泊车并随时取用,每天需要支付35澳元。
位置真的很好。附近有市场,周围也有很多吃饭的地方。如果你看重卫生,那里的浴室尤其干净。
服务:中国裔服务员会给你提供中文服务,不要找印度裔服务他们会有歧视
环境:酒店周边就是市中心步行街非常方便
酒店在Hobart CBD, 房间每天打扫的很干净,前台服务也很好,每天帮停车开车出来都很便捷,特别贴心的提醒我们他们下午3:30-4:30有免费巧克力蛋糕,每天孩子都很期待! 周边吃饭超市都很方便,我们有租车去别的地方,市区停车费每天$39。
这是我第一次入住瑞享酒店。酒店很新,也很现代化。地理位置优越,靠近Skybus下客点和游客信息中心。办理入住手续非常顺畅和快速。房间宽敞、干净、整洁。晚上睡觉也很安静。
发生了一件事,有人把错误的客房服务订单送到了我的房间,我告诉那位女士不是我的,她就离开了。然而,当我退房时,这笔费用仍然在我的账单上。那位女士说她会立即处理。然后我把行李寄存在酒店,等待我的航班,几个小时后当我回去取东西时,我向另一位礼宾员确认,这笔费用已经被取消了,所以我的信用卡没有被收取任何费用。他们都非常友善和乐于助人。
入住期间,我曾在大堂尝试过一次免费甜点(每天下午3:30-4:30)。他们很大方地提供了多种甜点供品尝,而且都很新鲜美味。
位置很好,房间也很宽敞。就在市中心。
干净整洁,地理位置优越,靠近购物区,周边有很多亚洲餐厅。交通便利。
