You need to take the escalator down to the first ba*****t floor to check in. As the building is a mixed-use commercial and residential one, there is a distinct smell of cooking in the corridors. The decoration is rather old-fashioned. If you drive, you have to go down to the ground floor from the garage and then take the elevator to your room.

酒店离Bishop Street很近，虽然离威基基海滩有点远，但附近就有公交车站，而且所有员工都很友好，这很好。房间又大又干净，如果我下次再去夏威夷，还会选择住这里。
酒店房间状况良好，考虑到建筑有些年头了。作为个人感受，可能是因为海景房的缘故，房间的视野非常棒。员工很友善，并且乐意帮助我们提前办理入住，对此我们非常感谢。酒店旁边就有韩国超市、7-11便利店和巴黎贝甜，非常方便。乘坐20路城市巴士去机场也很方便。
还行吧。谈不上差，也谈不上特别好。总的来说有点贵。

适合家庭出行
前台非常友好。我们提前到达，行李也寄存好了，还提前办理了入住。房间非常宽敞，可以欣赏到美丽的海港景色。我们在房间里欣赏了日落，真是太美了！州议会大厦和伊奥拉尼宫就在两个街区之外。步行10分钟即可到达唐人街。附近有很多不错的餐厅。
员工非常友善。套房设施齐全，位于檀香山市中心，视野极佳（虽然道路有点崎岖，但附近有很多不错的餐厅）。这里是参观现代艺术博物馆的理想下榻之处。
房间的味道有点难闻，像抽烟的味道
他们因为我吸烟就收了我425美元。前一天晚上保安在楼层检查房间是否有烟味，发现我根本没抽烟。我住过这家酒店很多次，只有少数几次服务令人无法接受。这就是他们对待一位想独自享受时光的残疾退伍军人的方式吗？千万别来这里！
