It was ok but it could’ve been cleaner and the service could’ve been better! I called for a roll of tp bc they don’t have cleaning service on the weekends (?) and the lady in guest services seemed annoyed and said she had to get breakfast out and asked if we could wait?? I said no, not really! If you’re not going to provide cleaning on the weekend and the guest is staying for 4 nights then you need to stock the room with extra tp and towels!

Clean room, however upon entering room initially, it had a lingering food smell. Previous guest must've reheated or cooked earlier. Not a big deal.

Great property. Location close to everything and the hotel had wonderful options. The continental breakfast was spectacular. I really was impressed by this.
Downside, a few of the hotel rooms had visible damage on the doors and the bathrooms seemed to have water damage.

我在圣地亚哥特梅库拉的Staybridge Suites酒店度过了美好的四天。食物美味可口，房间温馨舒适，环境安全宜人。我和我的伴侣都玩得很开心！对我们俩来说，这是一次令人愉悦又放松的假期。
房间干净，交通方便
许多门，包括泳池门，都坏了，还贴着“停止使用”的标签。我整个入住期间，泳池都没打扫干净。灰尘从未被彻底吸干净。水疗池里的氯含量太高。四楼的地毯上有很多难看的污渍（我入住的最后一天才清理过）。泳池边从来没放过毛巾。每次都要打电话要。
他们没有任何活动，但带火坑和游泳池的小露台对孩子们来说很不错。免费早餐还不错。走廊有点混乱，但很多地方都有门可以通往停车场，方便出行。工作人员非常友好，走廊闻起来很香。下次还会住在这里
千万别住这里！尽管我们门上挂着“请勿打扰”的牌子，还是有人未经授权进入我们的房间，直接从我的钱包里偷走了一张信用卡。不久之后，他们又多次盗刷我们的信用卡，迫使我们注销了信用卡并向银行报案。
当我们向酒店工作人员反映此事时，他们却丝毫没有着急调查此事。他们非但没有处理这一严重的宾客安全漏洞，反而置之不理。我们特意要求酒店通过电子邮件提供书面确认，保证在我们剩余的住宿时间内不会有人进入我们的房间。虽然他们保证会发送确认邮件并进行调查，但我们从未收到任何邮件，也没有收到任何关于此次漏洞的后续信息。
这不仅是对信任的背叛，更是对基本宾客安全和客户服务的彻底失败。如果您重视安全、责任感和专业精神，我强烈建议您不要住在这里！
房间宽敞安静，酒店花园长椅前的壁炉很有格调。

Beds were comfy and the pool was quite nice.
