We had a very good stay at Hotel Radisson Bareilly. The rooms are comfortable and the food is great. Yash took good care of us in their restaurant

Thanks to Umair for the housekeeping service. He helped me with my issues instantly also he was always so helpful, polite and friendly. My room was cleaned every day. I had clean towels and drinking water. There is the good swimming pool. Quality of food was great in the Gallery restaurant! There was some issue with ventilation... It seems to me that it lives its own life. I really hope you fix it soon and all guilt will be caught.

We came here for lunch...it was nice ambience and good hospitality esp of mr PREMPAL...his service was good....food was very tasty and above all tea was hot and nice....overall very comfortable ambience

This hotel was unlike any of the Raidsson properties that I have stayed at. It looked like the hotel is in shutdown mode. The restuarnt Gallery cafe was also in shutdown mode. However, It was a pleasant stay overall. The best thing about the hotel is the staff who is willing to help. Our hotel cab driver was very helpfull and very well mannered. He had high professionalism and etiquette. His presence made our stay memorable which otherwise was not that pleasant.
