Thanks to Umair for the housekeeping service. He helped me with my issues instantly also he was always so helpful, polite and friendly. My room was cleaned every day. I had clean towels and drinking water. There is the good swimming pool. Quality of food was great in the Gallery restaurant! There was some issue with ventilation... It seems to me that it lives its own life. I really hope you fix it soon and all guilt will be caught.

This hotel was unlike any of the Raidsson properties that I have stayed at. It looked like the hotel is in shutdown mode. The restuarnt Gallery cafe was also in shutdown mode. However, It was a pleasant stay overall. The best thing about the hotel is the staff who is willing to help. Our hotel cab driver was very helpfull and very well mannered. He had high professionalism and etiquette. His presence made our stay memorable which otherwise was not that pleasant.

Radisson Bareilly was a disaster this time. First of all we were denied 2-hour early check-in. Later, check-in itself took unusually long. Services were totally out of gear and took forever to materialise. We were given a room with an area fit for playing football, but it was so poorly furnished - sheer waste of space. Next day morning during breakfast, one had to wait for replenishments and staff shortage was evident. Now the worst part, when our car was brought in from valet parking, we could not recognise it, it was totally covered in mud and mud splashes… apparently the car was parked in the open the whole night as some marriage party had occupied the covered parking space! We certainly did not pay to Radisson for such nasty, shocking experiences; and imagine, the staff was unapologetic and indifferent. Unacceptable.

Room was clean and smell free. Ac worked well. USB outlets did not work, and us adapter built into bathroom didn't work. Construction goin on next door.

This is my third stay at this hotel. The first experience was good, the second was disappointing, and this time was the worst. The service was extremely slow — even for simple requests like a water bottle or basic room service, it took around 30 to 45 minutes. Many room appliances were not working properly. The quilt provided was in very bad and dirty condition, and the AC was not working at all. Even after requesting help, the staff took almost 60 minutes to fix it. The water bottles provided were of very poor quality, and it was difficult to even hold them properly once opened. What made the stay even more uncomfortable was the behavior of some staff members. Both the food service staff and the room cleaning staff kept looking at my partner repeatedly, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor service, unprofessional behavior, lack of cleanliness, and poorly maintained room facilities.

had a *fabulous experience* at Radisson Bareilly , perfectly located near the airport. The property’s ambiance exuded luxury, but the highlight was the spa. Suffering from back pain, I opted for a deep tissue massage by *Miss Christina*, and it *worked wonders*. Her professionalism, expertise, and warmth cured my discomfort. Unlike any other spa I’ve visited, her dedication stood out. Even as a manager, she personally attended me, showcasing her commitment to her team and work where i found was a moment of appreciation and a perfect example of expressing what hospitality is no matter what your destination is but how you represent that makes a remark I wish miss Christina with a luck for her upcoming. A must-visit for relaxation. Kudos to the management for having such a star on their team. I’ll return for sure. ⭐️"
