Reserved two queen beds but was given one king with a pullout couch bed. The pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable. Worst nights sleep, got up with sore back and hips

Danielle at the front desk was very nice. Our room on the other hand was awful. There were bugs everywhere. We left to find somewhere else to stay.

I have stayed in a couple of Holiday Inn Express facilities and they have been clean, quiet, friendly and good value. That convinced me to return.
