Amazing customer service, Denise was fantastic and ensured our stay was a positive one. Clean and comfortable rooms and beds. Had a burger from the onsite restaurant and it was pretty good. A good place to stay if you’re in the area.

The hotel is actually quite upscale snd the room was huge. Only one complainr.... the booking included breakfast. That proved to be incorrect. While management made this right on day one, it shouldn't have been an issue at all.

Hilton Garden Inn was an okay, what I found interesting was that when me and spouse order our food cook -to-order. We sat in front of the kitchen, and as we watch the cook serve order he LITERALLY TOUCH EVER SINGLE PIECE OF FOOD WITH HIS BARE HANDS. We watch his oily finger tips just move every single French toast, bacon, sausage; you name it. It looked so good however, we were upset we couldn’t eat or “complimentary breakfast” we payed an extra $25 on ******* for but… ya know. However everything else and customer service was pleasant.

This is not a full service hotel is what the front desk informed us after checking in. So that means if you need towels outside of the time that cleaning staff is there you will not receive any towels or face towels. The front desk may not have any either. Your room is not cleaned during your stay. We were charged full service price for no service during our stay.

The room was nice but it was very hot when when got there. Took a while to cool the room off but overall it was a great stay.

The stay was alright nothing to brag about
I was surprised
When i check in i was told that they don't clean your room unless u requested it so my point is when you have trash in your room what to do with it if you don't tell them in at advance people may sleep a little long than others yes i may need my shower clean and toilet and trash empty that why i on vacation so i will not have to do that thanks for the stay
