Had to reset float arm in room 313 twice to get toilet bowl to fill. In recent visits I have complained about slick bath tub bottoms. You are inviting a nasty fall situation sooner or later if nothing changes.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was quick and smooth. My room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable — with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.Housekeeping did an excellent job , and I truly felt taken care of throughout my stay.
The location was convenient and safe, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and great service.
30 min away from OWA Tropic Falls. Great rates!

This area is very convenient and close to a lot of shopping/dining. The staff is wonderful. My main problem with it was the condition of the rooms. There was mold all over the walls and the room fixtures were falling apart. Everything feels damp is the room and smells like mildew.

From the moment we arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and surprisingly spacious for 6 people.

Janky Receptionist
Booked online, selected PAY AT PROPERTY. When I arrived to check in, receptionist said they couldn’t find my reservation at first. Then, when my mother asks about Nurse’s Discount they say I booked through a 3rd party app, and they can’t touch it. THEN they tell me they tried charging my card right before 6pm and it declined (yes, because it was locked) and since it didn’t go through, that person cancelled my reservation without notifying me. I’m pretty sure that “PAY AT PROPERTY” that means I’ll pay when I check in, NOT for you to just charge my card without even verifying who I am! They took it upon themselves to charge a card that wasn’t even going to be used for the room, then tried to lie saying they didn’t see my reservation KNOWING it was cancelled hours before I got there! They could have called to see if I still needed the room, I could have paid over the phone OR went online via the app and paid for it. We had to search for another hotel after all of this. VERY upsetting! Will not book with this hotel again! That was VERY unprofessional and they had a very nasty attitude about it as well

We tried to reach the manager from the moment we checked in regarding mold and smoke smell in one of the two rooms we booked. My husband does property management so we are aware of the two distinct odors. It made me and my daughter asthmatic to a point we needed to take medications for relief and loss of time to enjoy our vacation as we planned. Staff reported that they were unable to reach manager until Monday 7/7 day after we checked out. I contacted Hilton corporate and ******* who tried to reach property to resolve and phones weren’t working. At check out phones still not working. I asked how I could contact manager if phones not working the response was they will contact me. This made me weary. Pool was nice and the second room we booked we had no issue with. My concerns is property staff being able to address concerns in the moment with no resources at their disposal. I asked for room deodorizer- they said they only had Lysol spray. Toilet clogged and they handed us a plungers instead of having staff assist. Hoping manager corrects this issue and gets in touch with us as staff verbalized.
