The 1st room we were given had blood on the sheets, along with crumbs and grass. We called and were moved to a cleaner room. We do appreciate their attention to correct the issue but it left a bad 1st impression for us.

The room was very clean and perfect temperature. Staff was very welcoming and answered questions about the hotel before we asked. I was on business so didn't get a chance to enjoy amenities.

We enjoyed our two night stay. Even being four years old the property appeared new. Our 4th floor room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The pancake machine worked very well & fast. Their coffee machine ground the coffee beans and brewed fresh coffee with every cup. We will gladly return to this hotel when we are in the area.

Room was nice the body was disperser was broken but the fixed it. Just disappointed in other guests that were loud tude and we had a family staying in the room above us and kids were jumping off the bed at 6:30 am and again in the evening till 11 pm. So frustrating

Our room was very clean and spacious. The maid service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had the whole time durring our 3 night stay was with our door key needing to be recoded every day. It was due to the fact that I made a seperate booking for the extra day added to our trip. Staff handled that situation very kindly.

我们会再次入住这家酒店。为我们办理入住手续的 Trinia 很亲切、热情、友好。酒店本身干净舒适。唯一的小缺点是电梯地板需要清洁，即使我们在那里住了一晚。另外，我们入住的那天晚上，楼层上的那个年轻人是谁，我不确定，但他正在打扫房间，我的行李带断了，他非常亲切、友善，帮我到了房间。这个简单的小事值得赞赏，值得表扬。
