The service was poor. Upon reaching the location when we received the room there were many things missing in the room and we had to ask for each and everything. There were no towels, no water bottles, no toilet rolls in the bathroom. The handle knob of the door of the main room door was broken. Upon requesting we received another room but this was much smaller than the previous room. I had stayed before in aadya inn in kola r and if we compare the prices as per amenities and service the royal suite is way costly. They should improve a lot on providing customer basic facilities and cleanliness. Overall not a good stay. Since they provided basic things upon request i have rated average otherwise at first visit the overall experience can be rated as poor.

We stayed 1 day only and there was some wrong commitment like there was not a fridge in the room, we ordered some ice for drink or normal use they will not serve instead they have that time, breakfast is not good, rest some food is good like pakoda etc but overall experience is poor. I will never stay in this hotel.

Stay was good but their connection are not good enough. As they charge too much for their service related to cabs to go onto another location. There are no pics i have taken

This hotel not only looks exquisite from the outside but also has the luxurious facilities inside. The hotel staff exceptionally good at providing first class service to the us. Any request gets immediate attention. This is the best place to stay in vemagal. Period.
