员工很棒，但房间可以再干净一些。不过这个价格，性价比还是很高的！
我到的时候拿到了319房间的钥匙。打开门一看，有人在用。电视开着，床乱糟糟的。我回到前台告知他们，结果他给我安排了另一个房间。他居然随便选了个房间，根本不是我付钱住的。我又去了一次。没有道歉，客服服务也很糟糕。试了三次才开。门把手甚至装得不对，得抬起来才能开。淋浴间状况很差，房间里有股难闻的气味。以后不会再来了。
