From the moment I arrived i was made to feel welcome, granted this, like most of the guests, was not my first visit. And why do people go back? Quite simple, you feel welcome and like a friend 🧡 Mahmut, Alp and Kağan and there to ensure you have a great stay and do their best to ensure this happens. Some people think making a stay special is in things I believe it is how you are treated, and I along with the other guests certainly felt that. Will I go back again??already booked 😎🥳

This was not just a return visit but one I have made before and each time I feel like I am welcomed like a friend. All the guests are on multiple visits and for good reason, nothing is too much for the awesome team, 'Francis' aka Mamut, Khan, (pardon my spelling!) and not forgetting Alp on the nights. Everyone is so friendly and honestly when I say they go the extra mile for the guests I mean they really do. The apt are basic but spotless, the cleaning team are just lovely and every day leave your place spotless. They are located a few minutes from a large Carrefour and a bus stop, also the bus station. Personally I won't be looking for anywhere else to go on my vacation as many wont, infact most book from year to year so as not to be dissapointed. Thank you to all the team for making my holiday as awesome as always.❤️❤️❤️

Once again we have stayed in the oya apartments and again like every year it was a brilliant place to stay. Cannot find one negative thing about say. Thank you to Francis Alp Sade and all the boys and Nursell and Gunah for looking after us especially while we had an extended stay due to Aer lingus cancelled flights. See you all 2023.

Booked this holiday through jet2 don’t know why they send people there the apartments are dated and need redecorating from the start of our 2 weeks we had problems when we first arrived the air con was like a jet engine and the receptionist stuck a screw diver in it to stop it vibrating said It would get repaired the next day but didn’t vibrated for our whole holiday , We we’re self catering but the equipment was filthy and unusable and you only got 1 pot 1 frying pan and a tea pot and kettle could not use any of these not even the 1 hot plate we got Had to eat out the whole 2 weeks We had to clean the wardrobe before I unpacked the cleaners only give you towels that are all marked and mop the floor with dirty water our feet were dirty for 2 weeks from walking on the floor. The pool area was dirty and sticky the staff hang around all day playing table tennis .The shower didn’t work very well when you turned the water up it hit the ceiling and bathroom door .The hotel is quite a distance from the beach and town all up or down hill you have to get a bus or taxi .I don’t know why people have given these apartments a good review the owner should respect his customers and clean the apartments and renew the self catering equipment and the get apartments up to a decent standard.So would give these apartments a miss

If you want to go some place that makes you feel at home from the get go then look no further. Mahmut aka 'Francis' /Kaagn are there to welcome you and ensure that you are looked after. They are so helpful and more to the point so very friendly always making time for a chat. The place is well situated to a supermaket and bus station, the resort is about a 12 mins walk,but if you dont feel like the walk the guys will call you a taxi. The apt is spotless thanks to a great cleaning team. This was a return visit for me and i have already booked for next year. A great advantage is that you can leave the items free of charge, that you wont require until next visit. I cannot tell you how much i felt at home here and felt i was saying goodbye to friends. Alp is there in the evenings to see to your needs. There is a lovely pool,( though personally i prefer the beach and took the dolmush to star beach. )and a pool bar and restaurant. The apts are basic, but spacious and spotless. All you require is there, and hairdryer can be got at reception if you want. All in all another awesome holiday. Thank you again Francis, Kaagn and Alp.

just back after spending 11 days in oya apart.This is our 3rd visit to oya and as per previous times it was great.Friendly staff,mahmoud,sade,alp,Ibo all welcoming and helpful,nothing is too much trouble.Rooms were cleaned daily by great ladies,again fresh towels and sheets as required.Food at the bar was good standard and reasonably priced.Pool area and pool cleaned daily,music at pool nit too loud,good atmosphere all round.Looking forward to coming back in September.

Just back from a 12 day stay from start to finish it was awful. Rude staff, old apartments, poor food, balcony doors that you cannot lock at all. Maintainance fixing for the whole holiday still not fixed up to us leaving. Laughed at me when I said I wouldn’t allow my son sleep in a room with a door that doesn’t lock.Not a bit of atmosphere there and prices of food changes daily. Breakfast first morning €30 second morning same thing €39 third morning €28.
