Absolutely loved our stay at this property! The room was gorgeous. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Bar and restaurant downstairs have tasty options. The location is great with the Saturday market right across the street and walkable to everything downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional service!
My husband and I had never stayed here before but it was in the right location for our overnight visit to the city. After booking, I called the hotel with some questions and the person i spoke with, Tina, could not have been nicer. She took the time to answer all my questions. Also, I requested a high floor and she said she'd do her best, and she did. We had a great room on the top floor and enjoyed sitting by the window at night and watching all the city lights. Additionally, from the moment we got there, the service was top notch. Josh and Juliette at the front desk were so helpful. They went of their way to make us feel welcome. We enjoyed chatting with them about our favorite city restaurants. We were celebrating our birthdays and when we got to our room, there was a birthday card and gift. How thoughtful. As for the room, the suite was spacious, clean and bright and had everything you need for a short stay. The rooms were comfortable too. The next day, we had more great service from Juliette. She went out of her way to help us once again. We can't say enough good things about the service we received from the friendly staff. We only chose the AKA due to it's proximity to Rittenhouse Square and the fact that our favorite Philly hotel had gotten so expensive, but we had such a lovely experience, we are are already planning our return trip. Thank you AKA for a wonderful weekend!

We stayed here over the July 4th weekend. It's located in a great area. You are in a great part of the city that is walkable and situatied close to aLOT of great eateries. The Room was nice and large, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice and large. The kitchen was the perfect size if you wanted to cook. the living room is a good size. The furniture in the living room needs to be refreshed as the fabrics needed to be cleaned. The couches were not comfortable, it was almost like sitting on a hard wooden bench with a very thin cushion. Although the furniture wasn't the greatest, don't let this stop you from staying at this Hotel. The other feature out weigh the small downsides.

房间很小，浴室也小到两个人都挤不下。小小的洗手池挤在马桶和淋浴房之间。没有地方放东西。充电插头很少，床头柜上也没有。
不会再住这家了。这房间宣传的是套房？！！！
前门被锁了，前台没人，两个晚上，午夜前和午夜后都这样。我得说服酒吧员工才能进去。
