I've read some bad reviews but I disagree.. y'all are crazy. The rooms need a little work but are big, clean and comfortable. The food is great, great choice. Kids entertainers was just the best. Close to the beach, pools are perfect for all ages.

The hotel is advertised as a 4 star it is not. We are a English family. Most of the staff didn't speak English or very very little. All instructions of all inclusive were in Bulgarian, there was no English version available. We did use Google translate which was good. There were lots of facilities that were either not available or not working even tho advertised. The bbq and cocktail bar has been closed for years The kids entertainment was the same cd being played for 2 hours every afternoon and evening The mini golf and activity centre was not not open and very run down and was not fit for purpose There was no safe in the room. There was a kitchenette but nothing in it. There was no plates, cutlery or glasses. We had to take them from all inclusive No alot of adult entertainment Nothing telling us about what to do around Bulgaria, or any information about the local town, water park or beach. Food option was very small and not very good for kids It's Such a shame because this hotel has a lot of potential if the love and money was put in! So good things Apartment clean and tidy Cleaners great ( non English unfortunately so difficult to communicate) Views beautiful Pool lovely, Ice cream lovely Drink options were great! Outdoor seating area fab although massive mosquito problem.
