My first day of check in they gave me pillows tht smelled like mild dew! I think that place should be inspected!!! and they told me they didn’t have a cooperate number that I could call!

The pool was green they had no coffee on property. Everything they said was a lie. I am very disappointed in this property

糟糕的体验
我对这次入住非常不满意。墙纸都脱落了。我预订的是特大床房，结果却给了我两张单人床。房间里的灯都坏了。我打开淋浴喷头的时候，旋钮竟然掉了。而且浴室天花板上还有黑霉。我以后绝对不会再来这里了。
房间里有霉，我妻子不得不买漂白剂来清理……工作人员非常棒，也很乐于助人，但问题是我交了押金却一直没收到退款……我打电话和工作人员沟通过，他们说我的房间和他们的系统都没问题。他们说押金已经退了，但我根本没收到。我又打电话过去，他们说他们也无能为力。
前台的克里斯蒂非常热情周到，尽心尽力地帮助我们。管理层也非常体谅人，总的来说，这是一次不错的体验。
酒店和照片上一模一样，员工礼貌友好，房间干净整洁，用品齐全。
