The room has been broken into before. You can tell. Crack in the main seal so i can see into the hallway and i tested the door it wont hold for long if someone tries to break in for some dumb reason during our stay. Privacy was my number one reason for staying. I might need a different room for my second booking or i might cancel and go somewhere else. Im uncomfortable

Went to visit Winthrop and it was one block away from the campus. It was clean and had free parking.

Refrigerator in room not working. Hot tub jets have very little pressure. Waited an hour and a half past check in to get into our room, because they were behind on cleaning. They send texts everyday at 8:30am so make sure you sound is turned off. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly.

The property is nice. The staff is very lazy and unfriendly. We asked 2 days in a row for clean towels and were told non were available and treated as if we were annoying by asking. Our shower was filthy when we arrived. This afternoon when we left the outside patio was full of dirty towel, dirty glasses and overflowing trash cans

Staff is limited but professional. When we got to our room trash from the previous occupants was here scattered in the room. Some of which to include chocolate. My daughter initially thought the chocolate was for guest.
