市中心的位置，路对面就是沙滩，入住酒店的时候看到了彩虹🌈，酒店边上就有超市，3楼的餐厅味道不错，酒店顶楼有空中酒吧。
我定的房型是一间标房和一间套房的连通房，面积挺大的，就是设施最多四星标准，洗澡水很大洗澡很舒服，床也很大，服务员每天打扫就是铺床和换浴巾，其他都没有弄，酒店有好多工作人员都会点中文，对面是酒吧晚上有点吵，但是出行挺方便的，总的来说性价比还不错
到芽庄就住Havanna，各方面设施不错、去沙滩便捷、就是今年酒店的沙滩椅感觉比去年少了很多。酒店服务依旧很专业，毕竟服务过的外国人够多，专业性丝毫无需担心。很喜欢Havanna。
由于是清晨到的，办了入住就躺下了，没想到没睡多久竟然有装修的声音。酒店台盆下面也有铁锈掉落。果然联系前台经理换房间。经理安排人对接了解后也确实给协调换了房间。这点还可以。酒店有通往沙滩的地下通道，对面沙滩也有专门的躺椅能睡，但是基本都被占满。酒店附近吃喝按摩商业挺多的。价格实惠还不错吧。
酒店位置是不错的，海景房也是很漂亮的，但是问题依然严峻。（1）有大量中国中老年旅行团，非常吵闹，并且早餐时无秩序，导致客人使用电梯往往要排队十几分钟（该问题极其严峻）。（2）该酒店设施比较老旧，空调功率较低。（3）早餐不够丰盛，大多都是预制食品。（4）泳池被建筑物遮挡，阴冷。（5）顶楼无酒吧，不热闹。我认为该酒店最大问题就是频繁接待中国旅行团，导致环境极差；虽然缺点很多，但是海景还是很漂亮的
整体还可以，没感觉到网上说的那些偏见，就是人太多了，入住没国内方便，不能提前入住，行程上有一点影响。
自由行的小伙伴注意⚠️海景房:前面烂尾楼，后面装修扑鼻的化学品气味。安排的这么差的房间，对老年人、儿童人群没有一点点照顾。给了餐厅地址，前台帮忙叫的出租车，带去反方向的回扣海鲜店，出租费用直接翻了n倍，妥妥的欺诈！😫😫😫建议:去中餐馆前，提前打电话沟通一下(**上面有电话)，有的餐馆有免费专车接送服务，这点很不错🌞
首先只有两点可以拿得出手1.地理位置是很棒的
2. 桑拿室 只有这两点可以拿到台面上一说 其余就是只有最差没有更差
我们是选择的包三餐 吃的方面不尽人意 实话实说就是能吃的状态 每天就是各种鱼及其难吃 上菜及慢 一顿饭最少一个小时能上全
还有房间问题 没有阳台是订之前知道的 我们也清楚 但是那空调是空调吗 好像拖拉机 我们两个房间都是一样的情况 你要说变频也行 那简直就是一会一段拖拉机 开窗空调关闭 关上再开 就是一直循环拖拉机声音 晚上就是睡不了的状态
床垫完全就是塌陷的 有老人的千万慎选
最主要的来了 那洗手间设计的是没用脑子吗 没有单独淋浴的地方 要踩在浴缸里洗 那我也接受 最接受不了的是浴缸洗澡出来的水 就会让整个厕所地面变成水帘洞四面留 并且地漏位置在马桶最里面 永远就在一直流 所以知道为什么设计个桑拿可以洗澡的地方了吗 就是告诉你不要再房间洗澡
千万不要相信各路大咖主推网红酒店了 各项设施已经不能再老了 游泳池座椅少的可怜每天需要抢
大家还是选择金兰这边的度假村吧 没有对比就没有伤害
这个酒店性价比非常高 靠海近 适合度假 沙滩还有专属躺椅 早餐也很丰富 下次来的话还会选择 唯一缺点是床太小，塌陷
这间酒店给我的第一印象非常惊艳——房间一打开，整片无尽的大海直接映入眼帘，景色真的很治愈。坐在房间就能看到海天一线，完全不用出门就能享受度假氛围。
酒店楼下有一间酒吧，晚上灯光会非常亮，五颜六色的霓虹灯刚好会照到窗口。如果你把窗帘或窗户打开，那些灯光会直接照进房间，晚上的氛围有一点吵杂、比较影响休息，不过如果把窗帘拉上基本没问题。
酒店有一个非常方便的设计，就是有一条地下通道可以直接通往对面的海边。因为越南过马路有一点危险（车很多很乱），这个地下通道真的很贴心也很安全，不用担心被车撞，非常适合亲子或老人同行的人。
入住期间有遇到几次小停电，大概停 30 秒到 1 分钟左右，总共发生了三次左右。虽然不是大问题，但晚上遇到会有点小影响。不过除了这个小状况，整体服务人员都非常专业、友善，态度很好，处理事情也快。
房间整体蛮干净的，清洁做得不错，没有异味也没有看到明显的污迹，住起来舒服。早餐也很好吃，选择多、味道也不错，环境干净，补菜速度快。
总体来说，酒店景观非常加分，服务也好，位置方便，适合想要住在海边、享受景色的人。如果不介意楼下酒吧灯光稍微影响、以及偶尔小停电的话，整体算是很不错的一间海景酒店。
