Easy check-in, comfortable and nice rooms. The bartender was a little rude and was in a booth playing on his phone and was not helpful when it came to ordering something to eat. Stated to the fact that the food was “terrible and if he was starving to death he wouldn’t even eat there”. He turned three couples away and told them to not eat the food there.

没有班车。排队办理入住等了30多分钟,人很多。大堂拥挤狭窄。安排的房间不对。走廊昏暗,需要用手机照明才能看清房间号。一位年轻女士坐在昏暗的走廊地板上,更增添了气氛。客房服务共用电梯,导致等待时间更长。房间感觉非常狭小。空调凌晨2点左右坏了。这地方简直是噩梦!前台唯一的接待员很友好,但很明显这家酒店的运营预算非常有限。我对希尔顿的期望更高。那些10/10的评价简直是笑话。
我们从众多酒店中挑选了这家,就是冲着它配备电动汽车充电桩。结果到了晚上7点,所有电动汽车充电停车位都被非电动汽车占满了。酒店工作人员既没有挪车,也没有拖走,更没有通知车主把车挪到空位,让电动汽车充电,我们对此非常失望。
真不值这个价钱。
我到的时候已经筋疲力尽了。我问服务员要菜单,他们却一副漠不关心的样子,好像都不确定自己是否在营业。前台的女孩坐在那里吃东西(非常不专业),却懒得给我做个沙拉。三楼的制冰机坏了,所以我得跑到二楼去拿冰块。因为我的左腿行动不便,Saulo帮我拿了好几次冰块。他还给我拿了干净的毛巾,态度也很好。希望他收到了我留在房间里的小费。
房间天花板上有污渍。床和枕头都很糟糕。淋浴喷头半夜漏水滴水。酒店员工一大早就制造噪音。大堂非常吵闹,而且这些客人在楼层里也很吵闹。
我们到达酒店时,他们竟然没有我们的房间了。即使我们已经预订了房间。我们只好另找一家酒店。
房间很干净,我们的毛巾也及时更换。
