The room was nice. No problem with the air conditioning. I didn't use gym. The staff was great
I was able to enjoy Beale Street.
Awesome location and hotel, and I travel often. I would give it a 9.5 always keep something for myself!!!

The hotel was nice as was our room. It was clean, the A/C worked well and the staff was pleasant. My biggest concern was the parking/check-in process. To say there’s a place to park to unload luggage and check in is a complete exaggeration. I had to circle the block a few times and then ended up parking in the street to unload luggage. Clearly short-sighted for a Hyatt property. Valet staff was pleasant and efficient, though.
Room service was funny. Don’t know expect a rolling cart with expensive food under food covers. You get food in a paper bag delivered as though UberEats just dropped it off. I assure you, ordering through a delivery service would provide better quality food at a more reasonable price.
Should I visit Memphis again, I’ll do better homework about the hotel.

The hotel amenities were excellent. The only bad part of my experience was the terrible valet service due only 2 employees working at the time. Wait times were over and hour, and I was goven my keys after requesting them

The design of the building, especially the rooms were exceptional. The rooftop bar was live and welcoming. I didnt try the restaurant, so I can't speak to that. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

Really a good trip. But waited almost 2hrs maybe more! To get my car delivered from valet. I’m understanding but that was a long time! For what it cost.

Love Memphis and the Centri- You will too!
Very very clean and response to request for additional towels less than 10 minutes. Shower very nice. You dont wait forever for hot water! It also has the rain shower feature that doesnt spray ice water on you. The only negative was checking out and the front desk employee just gave me a dismissive look and looked away. We had a 5am flight so our check out was 3am. Ive worked night shift and know sometimes you have to smile even when you dont feel like it. The roof top bar was GREAT! Dont get muffins at grab and go they are stale. Breakfast in the hotel was great. The majority of people frim the area we interacted with were kind and very polite.
