There were Lots of awesome things about our stay. It was a beautiful corner room with an amazing view of the river and I got to see the city fall asleep and wake back up

It's only one person that didn't do what she was Post to do. Instead of judging a man by what he wear. I got locked out cause the restaurant manager thought I was a homeless man who just entered the building

Stayed one night, booked and paid through *******. Card was charged for room by hotel also. There were 4 separate $75.00 deposits charged to my card, plus a mystery charge for $87.00 . When i went to the front desk to inquire about these erroneous charges, there was another guest at the desk with the same issues. The hotel representatives offered no explanation other than "the charges will drop off after you check out"
