The desk clerk was so welcoming and efficient. The Valet attendant was also efficient and explained everything to us. I did have my toilet clog in the middle of the night though which wasnt good and didnt want to call for help when my husband was sleeping so i had to unplug it on my own 😳 didnt have a plunger so had to use a makeshift plunger out of my cup. 😆 other than that it was great and atleast the toilet was clean...lol

They gave me a room w/ a broken shower head that was attached to the shower pole with a plastic strap.
Also valet never entered my checked car in their system when I arrived so when I tried to retrieve the car the following day, it was MIA & took 30 mins for them to find causing me to be late to my appointment. Additionally they only had 1 total valet covering this hotel & another Marriott property next door.
When I tried to check out the day I was leaving, I texted valet w/ no reply so I went down stairs. Front desk told me valet didn’t get in for another 10 minutes & id gave to wait.
Nice property, nice location, friendly staff, terrible operations execution & oversight by their leadership.

Terrible service, not welcoming
We travel with a service dog. Staff insisted they needed specific information on what service our dog performs, and for what disability my husband had. We have never been asked that, and found the questions invasive, and inappropriate. Both evening and daytime staff were extremely rude, and displeased with our service dog. Felt like we were being watched, and judged on our every move. This hotel is not friendly, oppressive, and we did not feel welcome. Will not be returning.
