很不错，位置好，周边餐饮和娱乐设施齐全，顶楼的泳池和日料店都很赞，一楼的泳池也很赞，服务人员很友好！一次非常棒的体验！
装修很好，屋内配置很全，有洗衣机喝电磁炉，可以做饭，唯一美中不足，标间床小，应该是 0.9 米左右，服务很好，晚上安静

性价比很高，地理位置优越，就在西湖边上，周围有很多餐饮选择。
房间是“服务式公寓”风格，宽敞、干净、舒适。
有屋顶泳池和地面泳池，健身房设施也很齐全。
强烈推荐，在河内能住得很舒服。
严格按照星级酒店的标准，这个酒店是达不到五星级酒店的要求，携程网挂五星，与实际操作不符，前台服务check in的态度一般，早餐情况服务加餐食有待提高呢，同时酒店的出行不太方便，要走的大门口需要10分钟左右，出去也是小巷子，附近有shopmall但是需要打车过去
住了4晚。这是一家非常舒适的酒店。房间打扫得很干净，工作人员也很亲切。感谢酒店为我庆祝生日。如果下次再来河内，我还会选择住在这里。早餐很好吃，淋浴水压也很足，有些房间还配有洗衣机和厨房。
1. 位置
酒店位于内排国际机场和还剑湖之间，靠近西湖，方便观光和购物。
2. 服务
我连续住了三天，每天都有人打扫房间，当我们留言说缺少洗漱用品时，他们就送来了充足的补给。
酒店内的所有员工，包括前台、早餐区、屋顶酒吧和安保人员，在整个入住期间都展现了友好和高质量的服务，我们对此非常满意。
3. 清洁度/舒适度
6月份的时候，外面非常炎热潮湿，但室内可以开除湿机和空调，所以我们一直住得很舒适。每天早上都能看到有人清洁泳池，走廊、大堂、客房等所有目光所及之处都打扫得一尘不染。
这是我为了庆祝生日来越南旅行，酒店为我准备的惊喜生日蛋糕和卡片将成为我难忘的珍贵回忆。整个入住期间我都很开心。祝生意兴隆！谢谢！
这家酒店很棒，员工都非常友善和乐于助人。酒店位于市中心区域外，所以要去老城等地需要打车，但费用不贵。酒店旁边有一家比较贵的超市，进出主干道都会经过那里，唯一的缺点是如果你叫出租车或外卖，他们可能会误送到超市那边，所以一定要确认你的Grab（打车/外卖软件）定位设置在大堂。
房间很棒，非常宽敞，每天都打扫得很干净。房间里有我们所需的所有设施，方便我们在炎热天气里走了一天之后加热食物或洗衣服。
健身中心很好，泳池也很适合放松。
酒店附近有一些不错的餐厅和酒吧，大多以外国侨民为主要客群，所以没什么当地特色，但可以找到非常美味的食物和咖啡！
虽然离老城区和米德尔丁有点距离，但胜在安静，可以好好放松。
设施：ok ，服务ok,酒店房间是套房式的公寓，整体来说非常好，楼下有家很大的超市，安全系数也很高，唯一缺点离老城区景区需要乘车20分钟
