The reservation was made for 2 adults only, while upon arrival the stay included 2 adults and 2 children (aged 5 and 8 years old). At check-in, our team was informed that there were 2 adults and 1 child, and we later became aware that there was an additional child staying in the villa.According to our accommodation policy, children aged 5 years and above are subject to an additional charge, whether or not an extra bed is requested. This policy is clearly stated in our booking conditions and applies equally to all guests to ensure fairness and proper preparation of room amenities and safety arrangements. 很贴近大自然,但是来必须租车,我们是自驾来的~不开车我觉得会很麻烦!
酒店设施略老旧,但是我可以接受,对于有小洁癖的人来说整体还算干净!

一次令人后怕的糟糕体验
这次带着孩子入住湄登希布森度假村,本想享受山林间的度假时光,却遭遇了卫生、设施、服务的多重“雷区”,尤其是热水烫伤事件,至今心有余悸。
🧹 卫生:泳池脏到不敢让孩子下水
酒店宣传的“园景别墅”和户外环境,实际体验落差极大:
• 泳池卫生堪忧:宣传图里清澈的泳池,实际水面漂浮着大量树叶、泥沙和不明杂质,水质浑浊发黄。我们原本计划让孩子玩水,看到这一幕直接放弃,完全不敢让孩子接触。
• 房间细节敷衍:别墅内的床品有明显污渍,卫生间角落积灰严重,洗漱台的水渍和霉斑清晰可见,打扫完全流于表面。
🛠️ 设施:热水系统存在严重安全隐患
这是本次入住最无法容忍的问题:
• 淋浴喷头故障:花洒喷头严重漏水,打开后水流四处飞溅,根本无法正常使用。
• 热水极度危险:热水出水温度高到离谱,酒店工作人员承认水温接近100℃。我在调试水温时,手被瞬间烫起了水泡,至今仍有痛感。这种设计完全无视人身安全,尤其是对带着孩子的家庭来说,简直是“定时炸弹”。
• 其他设施老化:房间空调噪音巨大,制冷效果差;电视信号断断续续,几乎无法观看;别墅的门锁松动,开关时发出刺耳的摩擦声。
🛎️ 服务:敷衍了事,毫无责任感
遇到问题后,酒店的处理态度让人彻底失望:
• 响应迟缓:我们第一时间反馈热水烫伤问题,酒店师傅直到接近午夜12点才到房间,仅简单查看后就表示“第二天反馈整改”,之后再无任何下文。
• 态度敷衍:全程没有任何工作人员主动跟进处理,所谓的“道歉”也只是几句客套话,没有任何实际补偿或解决方案,更没有对安全隐患进行排查。
• 收费不合理:携程页面标注“欢迎小孩入住”,但实际只要带孩子入住,无论是否加床,都会被加收高达800~1500泰铢的费用,与行业惯例严重不符,携程后台说明模糊,属于隐形消费。
🌆 环境:宣传与实际严重不符
酒店身处山中,周边环境破烂不堪,当地居民的房屋杂乱。虽然酒店内部的园林打造还算用心。
建议避坑!!!
这家酒店坐落在安静的山林间,周围环绕着大自然,空气清新。不过酒店内部的娱乐设施不多。床、毯子、枕头和房间内的设施都很舒适,但房间稍微有点小。这里非常适合寻求宁静放松的度假。距离美丹大象营只有两公里。环境非常清幽宁静。
度假村自然风光优美,空气清新,离大象营地很近。有高尔夫车接送,非常方便。强烈推荐!
离清迈市区和机场都太远了 grab打车四个司机都不接单 还要求额加价钱才去 最终1300多铢才打到的车 回来时也打不到车 酒店的车要1500才送到机场 。酒店附近吃的也没有 一日三餐都需要在酒店餐厅解决 餐厅费用也很贵 ,所以建议没有车的 钱不太充足的就不要考虑了 毕竟这种整体花费在市区随便都可以找到不错的酒店了 仅供参考!
对了 上午11点定的 结果发现距离太远 想取消订单 店里死活不同意 协调到两天减一天也不行 总之就是服务差!!
总的来说,性价比很高。工作人员服务非常好。早餐美味,种类齐全。不过,菜单上的菜品没有特别令人印象深刻的,但餐厅的服务人员都非常细心周到。
酒店干净又安静,员工服务很好,但可惜的是餐点选择太少了。
很棒的酒店,服务一流,经理也很棒!工作人员乐于助人,有问必答。酒店有餐厅,食物很美味。泳池也很干净。早餐是自助餐。一切都非常棒,我很喜欢!
好评:酒店置身于大自然之中,宁静、空气清新,是个放松身心的好地方。
差评:
1. 酒店不提供班车服务,也没有租车或租摩托车的服务。酒店周围也没有可以租用交通工具的地方。
2. 前两天提供的自助早餐种类很少,只有一两星级酒店的水平。第三天的早餐只有四种选择,食物份量少,品质也更差。对于每晚支付超过100美元的客人来说,大家都会期待更好的早餐。
3. 酒店周围没有其他餐厅,只能在酒店内用餐,但他们收费很高,还要额外收取增值税和服务费等。
4. 沟通也是个问题,只有前台和餐厅的一名员工会说英语。
价格实惠,设施一流,这个小型度假村坐落在美丽的丘陵地带。泳池非常惊艳。还提供免费自行车。度假村旁有条美丽的河流,可以看到大象在河里洗澡。唯一想说的是,这里的食物定价过高,这个品质卖这个价格太贵了。
